This hotel was clean and provided towels, had a fantastic location near restaurants and cafés, and we had a lovely time there that would make us want to book again.

That was exceptionally comfortable and stunningly beautiful hotel set in quiet area, just next door to Kawaguchiko train station, and Fujikawaguchiko. The staff were polite and welcoming. The service was nice in my opinion. The location was great, not too far away from Yamanashi Gem Museum. I stayed in this venue for 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I had a very nice stay, as always. The hotel is fairly clean and has a hip vibe. The units are spotless, functional, and just a short walk from Kawaguchiko station. The staff is very attentive, and the design is lovely. it’s incredibly comfortable and in a stunning location, right next to a FamilyMart convenience store. Plus, it’s easy to get to West Street.
